This work explores self-awareness and intentionality. By deciding where to direct our focus and when to expand our view, we become the true authors of our own stories, the conscious curators of our experience. In every moment, we have the power to choose what we need, when we need it, and to honor how those needs evolve over time. Developed during a two-week residency at the Riverside Dance Festival in Vero Beach, Florida.
