Started in 2006, The Cutting Room was formed out of a necessity for me to continue honing my skills as an editor on my own terms as I was simultaneously working for some of the top editors in the film industry. This leap of faith gave me the opportunity to work in the realm of film, video, radio, advertising, and unexpectedly expand into web design and webmastering within the last year. Clients include New York's Fashion Institute of Technology, Chicken Soup for the Soul, Grammy Award-nominated artist Tamar Davis, the LA County Arts Commission, and award-winning producer/director Garrett T. Thompson of BFAM Studios.

September 2008 was a momentous month for me because I finished a feature-length screenplay that was two years in the making. As a graduate of the prestigious University of Southern California film production program, this was the first step in me working towards my dream. After another year of budgeting, marketing, and producing research, I am now shopping my script to potential investors and I'm excited to bring this script to life as a director. It is a true coming-of-age adventure drama about a young Navy ROTC student’s struggle to balance military and college life.
